Boarding House 2014 revolves around the interesting life with many funny and sad situations of the college student Eun-gi who started in a boarding house with three women: one is the sexy landlady of the house, 2 is her daughter who is even more attractive, and is also his innocent first love.

Eun-gi, a freshman, Eun-gi, who is the son of a fisherman family, was lucky to meet this mother and daughter in Seoul when he came there to study and was given a place to stay, he found his new place in a boarding house run by the mother and daughter when he came to Seoul to study. His only joy every day is to play ambiguous with both mother and daughter in the boarding house, which means always being in a state of not knowing who he likes but provoking both of them.
