The plot of Antiporno revolves around Kyoko, a famous writer and painter, who is feeling bored in her apartment. She is trapped in a lonely gilded cage of her own success. She locks herself in a brightly colored room, working on a tightly scheduled routine down to the minute. Her day is packed with film shoots, interviews, and photoshoots, all arranged by her older assistant Noriko. To alleviate her stress, she engages in imaginary conversations with her deceased sister and also plays sexual games with Noriko.
